EFEKSHEN Active Listening Coaching (ALC) Disclosure
EFEKSHEN Active Listening Coaching (ALC) provides structured reflective dialogue designed to support self-awareness, emotional regulation, and communication development.
ALC sessions are non-clinical and educational in nature and are not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Participation in ALC services does not establish a therapist–client relationship.
Individuals remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from participation in coaching sessions.
By booking or participating in an EFEKSHEN ALC session, you acknowledge that coaching services are reflective, educational, and supportive in nature and that you are fully responsible for your personal decisions, actions, and outcomes.
ALC services are not appropriate for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.
If you are experiencing severe psychological distress or thoughts of harm, please seek assistance from a licensed mental health professional or emergency services.
BOOKING REQUIREMENT
Bookings are not held/ confirmed without payment
Rescheduling is at the coach’s discretion (availability)
CANCELLATIONS
Session cancelations- minimum 24 hours in advance for eligible refund of service
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, WILL result in forfeiture of service payment.
