DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

* 50% of session fee is due at booking

* Bookings without a deposit will not be held/ confirmed

BALANCE PAYMENT 

* Balances are due on or before the scheduled session date

* Failure to clear the balance by the session date will result in cancellation

* Rescheduling is at the coach’s discretion

CANCELLATIONS

* Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied toward a rescheduled session

if notice is given at minimum 24 hours prior to original appointment.

* Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the

deposit.

LATE PAYMENTS 

* If the remaining balance is not received on or before the session date,

session will not proceed. Deposit will be forfeited.
