Digital and Coaching Services
Our Active Listening Coach (ALC) sessions, journals, and digital tools are designed for personal development and emotional reflection. EFEKSHEN ALC services do not diagnose, treat, or prevent and medical or mental health condition.
If you are experiencing a crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or an emergency, DO NOT use our services. Call 911 or seek immediate help from a licensed professional or emergency services.
Use of EFEKSHEN coaching, journals, and digital tools does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or any other licensed professional relationship.
Coaching sessions may NOT be recorded, reproduced, or distributed by either party without written consent.

Shipping and Delivery
We process and ship orders based on availability and delivery schedules provided at checkout. EFEKSHEN LLC is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Force Majeure
EFEKSHEN LLC. shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, internet outages, or unforeseen emergencies.

EFEKSHEN Return and Refund Policy
At EFEKSHEN, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied, please review the policy below for return eligibility and next steps.

We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
